  • Ordering via Click & Collect

    •    How do I pay for my Click & Collect Order?
    This service is available only for Pre-paid Orders. You can make payments by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking etc. Cash on Delivery is not available currently.
    •    How do I confirm that My Click & Collect Order is placed?
    Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the items purchased, the store address and chosen collection date. When your order has arrived at your chosen store, you will receive a 'ready for collection' email.

  • How Can I Place Click & Collect Order?
    Look for the Click & Collect icon on the product page, this will tell you if an item is available for Click & Collect. When you checkout, you'll be asked to choose delivery method, select Click & Collect. You'll then be asked to select the store you would like to collect from.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive in store?
    We estimate that items will arrive in store within 3 to 5 days of the order being placed online.
    We will email you to let you know when your order is ready for collection followed by a call from our store executive. Please note that during our sale and busy periods deliveries may take longer.

  • How do I know when my order is in store?
    We will send you an email to let you know when your items are available for collection followed by a call on your contact no. from our Store Executive.

  • What happens if I’m not happy with something I have ordered upon receiving?
    On the rare occasion, if you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you can look for a different product of the same or higher amount from the store itself & pay the balance amount to store after billing.

  • What do I do if I'm not happy with the substitute I am given or would like an item refunded?
    Bata ensures you'll be delighted with your purchases, but if you're not 100% satisfied for any reason you can simply exchange the order for anything else in store or alternatively have your money refunded.
    Bata Store will not be liable to issue refund for the cancelled order.
    The Refund of the paid amount will be initiated in your account directly. Please allow 5 working days for this refund to show in your account.

  • Can I amend or cancel my Click & Collect order on the website?
    At the moment, you cannot amend the order once it is placed.

  • Where should I collect my order from?
    Your Order will be sent to Bata Store of your choice which you have selected upon placing the Order.  You can approach any one of our staff members who will happily assist you in picking up your Click & Collect order from the cash till.

  • How long will my order(s) are kept in store for collection?
    We will keep your order in store for 10 days from the date we inform you by email that it is ready for collection.

  • What happens if I cannot collect my order?
    We will keep your order in store for 10 days from the date we inform you by email that it is ready for collection. If you cannot collect your order within this time your order will be cancelled and you will be automatically refunded the full order value. Please allow 5 working days for this refund to show in your account.
    or Click & Collect orders will be kept for 14 days from the collection date you've selected. After 14 days your order will be cancelled and you will be automatically refunded the full order value. Please allow 5 working days for this refund to show in your account.

  • What do I need to take with me when I collect my Order?
    You will need to take your order number; you will find this on your confirmation email, and one piece of ID from the following list: voter id card, pan card, passport, driving licence, aadhar card i.e. any proof which authenticates your name & address.

    Yes, but they will have to take your order number; you will find this on your confirmation email, and one piece of ID from the following list to identify themselves: voter id card, pan card, passport, driving licence, aadhar card i.e. any proof which authenticates  individual’s name & address along with a handover letter mentioning your acceptance.

  • How do I return items delivered by Click & Collect? What if customer takes back home & now want to return for refund?
    You will be able to return any Click & Collect order for a full refund within 14 days of collecting it. To do this, you can either come into any of our stores or register the return online and post it back to us. If the items are not right for any reason you can simply return them on the spot and The Refund of the paid amount will be initiated in your account directly.   • Can I try my order on when I pick it up and then return if not right?
    Yes you will be able to try your order on in store after you have collected it. If an item is not quite right we will be able to exchange or refund the item for you.

Bata is a family store. Thus, you would be able to find all types of footwear for men, women, kids, school and sports. We also offer vast varieties of accessories and foot care products. We request you to check out our stores for the latest in technology and Brands.

Yes. Keeping in mind the importance ease of shopping online, we’re launched our new and updated website, where the consumer can not only view our catalogue but also make a purchase. In Addition to this, the website aims to be a window to the company and to essentially dispense information about the company, its products and stores to consumers.

  • HOW OFTEN DO NEW PRODUCTS ARRIVE IN THE STORES?

New products arrive to the stores almost every week. We launch two collections every year, for Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter. Product launches are spaced out to bring to our customers, new styles and fresh products throughout the season.

If you encounter any problem with our product, please refer to the store of purchase with the original cash memo. The store manager would be able to assist you.

The collection on our site is only one small part of choices offered in our stores. To know our selection of products better, we recommend you to visit our stores. We do not offer such a facility for the time being.

As of now, we do not have specialized footwear for specific medical concerns in our retail stores. However it shall be a privilege to be of help to you.
